You should get the marriage cert .it will give you both fathers names (hopefully!!) and their occupations. Its easy to follow the wrong families if you dont double check the branch you want.

The marriage cert should give you her father's name and occupation. With this you should be able to find her with her family on the censuses before she married. The same for Thomas.

Can enyone help.
I am trying to find out any information about my Great Great Grandmother Helena Edwards.
All I know is she was born c.1828 in Knowle, Warwickshire. She married Thomas Grosvenor (born in Albrighton) 10th July 1859. They had one son James Benjamin c1860.
Also if possible could anyone find out more about Thomas Grosvenor ?
