Caradog DAVIES (born Llangollen Dec qtr 1871) married Julia WRIGHT on 20th October 1894 in Penybryn Chapel, Llangollen, Corwen, Merionethshire. Caradog DAVIES was 23, bachelor, a railway engine fireman. His father was Edward DAVIES, a weaver. Address for both at marriage was Dee Mill Place, Llangollen. On 1891 census for Corwen, Caradog was living as a lodger at Plas Terrace and working as an engine cleaner. Julia WRIGHT was 21 years old and the daughter of Thomas WRIGHT, an iron caster. Julia was born at 140 Glover St, Aston. She lived at 16 Vincent Parade, Balsall Heath, Worcs until her marriage. Julia was the eldest of 12 children: Julia, Thomas, Annie, Lily, Florence, Amelia, Alfred, Alice, Horace, Doris, Violet, Isabel. Witnesses to marriage were John E Davies, and Gwladys Davies. Caradog and Julia were living at Gillam St, Worcester by 1901 census had three children: Julia DAVIES 5; Amelia DAVIES 4; and Thomas DAVIES 3. Am looking for Caradog Davies on 1881 census, his parents on the 1871 census and any connections to Caradog and Julia's family after 1901. Barbara
