where in the UK did the Cove's originate?

Hi. I am not positive but have spent ages today going though certain Coves. It could be that be that John Cove married an Mary Jane Peart 1876 Malmesbury,Wilts however Caroline is born in mAHARASHTRA,India Oct 1874. I cant find for sure her fathers birth. THANKS FOR ANY HELP.
