hi, this is the granddaughter of a george edward cooper. im trying to find any info on george, at the moment all that anyone knows about him is that he was born around c1918, married a mona ellen catterall, they had 8 children that i know of, a couple more which may of been adopted. 4 of the children im in regular contact with, they are are my close relatives. the childrens names are:- alan 1950 (adopted) harold (harry) 1951 paul 1952 (adopted) beteea c 1954 (adopted) susan 1955 joyce 1956 stephen 1957 shirley 1958. i dont know if george had any brothers or sisters or what his mum was called. i dont even know where he was born, but i do know for definate he lived in blackpool and preston. he died when my mum was young and it was after 1958 but befor 1964. georges father was also called george born C1897. if this rings true to anyone please get in touch as there is a whole new side of the family they dont know about and vice versa. kind regards cindy |
