Hi, I m looking for any decendents of George and Harriet Cooper from Birmingham. From what I know they had the following children, Annie, Lill, Rose,Florence,Amy,Mavis and George Bertram born@1865-1920. George went to the Boar War when he was only about 16yrs old. George married Nellie Florence Bury fromCardiff/Wales. They had two children George Beresford 1919-1919 and Amy Harriet 1917, my mother. I think most of the girls moved to Australia but Flo went backafter her marrige failed. I think her married name was Garton but she went back to her maiden name,Cooper, she had about five children some born in Aust, some in England I think in Birmingham,Flo's children, Albert,Mary,Jack,Mary Elizabeth and Norma. Rose stayed in England in Liverpool, we think she was bombed during the war. If any one has any information that can help me please HELP ME, Pauline. |
