I did think that there would be a few more siblings maybe they have died by then Bessie and William

I have already posted a possible 1911 for Bessie, or Elizabeth and her marriage in 1913 and Shirley has posted a possible 1911 for William which could be looked into to make sure it is him. William certainly wasn't dead in 1913 as he was a witness at Elizabeth's marriage.

Taking another look, Elizabeth married, Ernest Alfred Phair, and it would seem that William married his sister Eva.
