This is a very long shot! I’m trying to find out what happened to my uncle’s father WILLIS ROY CLARKE who vanished from North London around 1933. Born in Gloucestershire about 1890, he was a professional musician and performer and travelled extensively, both in the UK and abroad. He married twice and had 2 sons (the younger one being my uncle). WRC doesn’t appear on any WW2 commonwealth war grave listing but none of his family in the UK heard from him since he vanished. Can anyone shed any light on this? |
