Trying to find Clarke

In the 1881 Census my grandfather's mother's name appears as Margaret married to Samuel G. Smith with children Alexander 16, Samuel G. 3, and my grandfather William James 1. She was born in Gibralter 1844. They lived at 37 Hancock St. Woolwich, Kent. In the 1901 Census she is listed as Margaret Clarke living at 3 Milward St. Woolwich, Kent with two sons Samuel and William. Samuel senior is not mentioned but he would have been 71 so may have been dead. Therefore Margaret may have remarried so I still do not know if Clarke was her maiden name. The residential address on my grandparents' marriage certificate dated 21st December 1901 is 3 Milward St. I am trying to find where Gibralter births were recorded. If anyone can help - thank you |
