Agnes Chisholm (born 1822 in Kirkintilloch, died 1879 in Gorton, Manchester) was the daughter of Colin Chisholm, an Excise Officer, and his wife Margaret Miller. Their other children, all born in Kirkintilloch, were Jean, born 1816, John born 1818, Isobella born 1820 and Margaret born 1824 (note the even spacing!). Agnes married John Ramsay, also an Excise Officer, and had children Margaret born 1841 in Rothes (Dundurcas) and James born in 1844 in Dunbar. Any additional information about any of these people would be most welcome. Thanks in hope! Alastair Thomas (Agnes's great-great-grandson).
