Find Ancestors

I am trying to find the birth and death record of the above name. On the 1871 census she is the wife of William Fitch and they lived in Mile End Old Town in London. On the 1881 census William has a wife named Frances. They also had a daughter Chastin who was 16 in 1871 who is also missing in 1881. It is an unusual name. Wondered if anyone could help.

Ancestry has a 'Charlin F' in 1901, so swapping of first and second names from census to census? Could be Charlin, or Chastin.
And it looks like Charlotte in 1861.

Looks like either married David or John

I think Patricia is right with her 1901 as William was a butcher from Sussex on both of them

I'm sure this is them in 1881. William is a butcher from Ongar in Essex - he was actually from Ongar in SUSSEX. Chasten's middle name was Frances and this is used on the census and
all the children fit okay

***EDIT**Just googled Ongar and it is in Essex some census's say Sussex.

I think the 1881 I found is right as I also had the death of the mother which said she was Chaston FRANCES Fitch 1832 - 1901

Some census's say that Ongar is in Sussex and some say Essex, just googled and it is Essex
