Hi, I am looking for information on my great grandfather JAMES CHAPMAN born 1850 in Brompton Kent, and his father also JAMES CHAPMAN who was a shipwright - presumably in the royal navy dockyards in Chatham. James junior married Margaret Wildgoose in 1873 and they lived in the Merseyside area until his death in 1930. My grandfather was his youngest son Walter. |
