JUST TODAY I HAVE OBTAINED THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE OF FRANCES AND WILLIAM HENRY CHAPMAN.BORN 1870, WILLIAM WAS A JOINER AND HIS FATHER ALSO NAMED WILLIAM, BORN 1816 IN KINGS LYNN NORFOLK, HE WAS A MASTER BRUSH MAKER BY TRADE.
