Member Since: February 2006 Posts: 17 Send Message	Trying to find any info on my Grandads father and mother; My Grandad was JAMES THOMAS CHAPMAN born Dec 1912 in West Ham, London. His father was either WILLIAM THOMAS CHAPMAN or JAMES THOMAS CHAPMAN and he died approx 1915 at sea. His mother was FLORENCE CHAPMAN, maiden name SAVILL. I can't find any record of them marrying, Purchased my Grandads birth cert & marraige cert and this is all the information I have from it, Nothing on 1901 census that I can find. Anything from anyone would be great, its driving me cuckoo!!
