I am trying to locate JAMES CARTER b 1820 and died 1900 who married MARTHA OPIE d 1907 (formerly OPIE). I believe they lived in London. They had several children George 1877, Horace 1883, Edgar 1884, Violet 1889. Kate 1890, Ethel U/K Eulalie u/k, Harold u/k, and James also u/k. James would be my great grandfather. George immigrated to New Zealand, and his son, also George, was my father. If you can help, please contact me.
