They were born in the midlands and would be in their late 50s early 60s now.They were adopted at a young age and went to a family in Scotland. Their sister was called Lillian edna and their mum was called Harriet Their dad was killed in the second world war and was called GEORGE HORACE CARR.They were adopted by a couple in SCOTLAND, their new surname would have been FINLAY. The couple who adopted them were jehova witnesses please get in touch ROSE
