Find Ancestors

Hi i am having no luck finding Noah Burns and his wife Mary Ann Burns nee Palmer.
Noah was born in 1821 in Woolbeding in Sussex.
I have looked on the 1841 1851 and 1861c but can not see them.
I need some help please.
