I have been doing my family tree for some time now and would like to make connect with any other member names of the family. So if anyone out there can connect with the family name of Brooks from London as far as I know are from the Holborn & St Pancras parts of london during the mid to late 1800s and moved into Islington in the 1900s. I have a Robert brooks b1853 in norwich norfork came to london by 1881 and married a Sarah Pastance b1860 in holborn & by 1901 census living at 17 st james walk clerkenwell and had 4 siblings Robert b1883/ william b1892/ Alice b1886 married someone call Mason / Emma Elizabeth b1881 d 1974 married a Joseph J Goodman m1917 had 10 siblings. One of a Emily Brooks b1913 d 2003 married a George Bailey in 1936. Also have some Brooks on my wife's side a Alfred John b1915 in reading d1962 married a Gladys L Fuller m1941 his father was a William John Brooks mother maiden name was Crockford Any information would be a great help
