Hi Max

I am not connected but this may help (or maybe you already have it!)

I can't find their arrival or marriage but the children were all born in Ballarat. Let me know if you need full names & reg numbers. They show Yohann/Johann as John Robert.

This is your ggg grandmother's death, quite young. The cert might be useful.

Surname: BORCH
Given Names: Augusta
Event: D
Father: Ernst Heinrich
Mother: U
Age: 49
Death Place: BALLARAT
Year: 1887
Reg Number: 9075

This is interesting - the inquest into Augusta's death:

Surname: BORCH
Given Names: Augusta
Place: Ballarat
Year: 1887
Reference: 1158
Cause: Suicide hanged
Occupation: Wife

His death? Not much help:

Given Names: Jno Robt
Event: D
Father: Unknown
Mother: Unknown UNKNOWN
Age: 65
Death Place: Ballt E
Year: 1900
Reg. Number: 4431

Let me know if you need the chn's marriages/deaths etc.

Cheers
Cherilyn
