Trying desperately to trace my Irish roots. My grandfather was Irish and served in the army, his name was DESMOND BOLGER, he lived around the DUBLIN area but may not have been born there. he had links with SARK in the CHANNEL ISLANDS and we think he died in SPAIN. My grandmother was MARGARET BOLGER (nee MAHER) and may have been an orphan ? any advice, leads, ideas ???????? would be great.
