I'm trying to find the birth details of above person. I know he was married in 1915 to a Margaret Jones in Merthyr Tydfil and that he died on 3rd May 1976.
Birth place may of been Liskeard, Cornwall but can't find him anywhere. I also believe he had a brother William James Bithell
Any help in locating his birth would be much appreciated as I can no longer continue my research on his side of the family as I do not know his parents

According to the infomant on his death cert he was born Aug 1896 but cant see any birth for then.
Does his age on the marriage cert tie with him being born c 1896

Thankyou for the info, Pensilva certainly rings a few bells as to where he was born according to my grandad. Spellings must have changed since
