Find Ancestors

Hi,
I'm trying to find brothers John Sidney Bayliss and Harold Bayliss, born to parents John Bayliss of Yatton Herefordshire and Mary Bayliss of Totnes Devonshire.
I have found their birth records...
John Sidney Sep 1885 Paddington 1a 40
Harold sep 1886 Paddington 1a 52
I have found them both in the 1901 Census but can't find them on the 1911 Census.
Also I can't find out their Mother Mary's maiden name.
Any info gratefully received.

I still can't find any record of the Bayliss brothers John Sidney and Harold in 1911.
I know they didn't have children but not sure if either got married and I can't find any death records.
I have heard that they were useless scoundrels!
If they were in prison would there be a Census I can see?
