Would anybody be able to look up William Joseph Barnes born 1889 willesden on 1911 census. He was a widower in 1916 so may or may not be married in 1911. He moved around the Willesden and St Pancras areas it seems.

Any idea who, when and where he married?

really sorry but that cannot be him. his mother died in childbirth. He is not with his father in 1911. ........He may be a baker in 1911

He married Rose Sophia Clifford in 1916,in St Pancras, he was a baker and a widower. I do not know when he had his first marriage - hence why I am trying to find him in 1911 to see if he was already married in 1911

He committed suicide in kilburn in 1928. So 1911 is important in tracing his life.Could he have stayed in wales, after all his second wife was welsh...........just a thought

There are about 6 pages of them and if his birth place is not correct and we are not sure of his occupation it is rather guesswork. I will keep looking so don't give up. There is this one but his birthplace doesn't fit

but................if he was born reg.dist. Hendon, then the marriage I found earlier, could very well be his first marriage!

thanks everyone for your time and for trying.........William has caused me nothing but problems in tracing him........as he was never with his father.....and then the suicide.........so "going missing" in 1911 doesnt surprise me!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

sorry to disappoint but the 1908 marriage is not correct. That William Joseph was born in 1850...........I have been through and ruled out most marriages...........its so frustrating!!

I'"m just wondering if he left the country and came back after the 1911 census?
