I am trying to find any details of my great grandfather Eli Baggot ( I think this is how it was spelt) I know he lived in Lye Nr. Stourbridge Worcestershire He married Emma (don't know her maiden name) they had four daughters and one son. Sarah, Lucy Jane and Elizabeth (my grandmother) and John who was drowned in young adulthood in a canal at Netherton. Any information would be very welcome - thank you.

Dear Clarice,
I don't know about Eli Baggot, but I have an Elizabeth Baggot in my family tree. She was born about 1841, and she was my great-grandmother. She married Alfred Hunt (born c.1833) and they were living in Occupation Street, Dudley, in 1901, according to the 1901 Census. Elizabeth Baggot might have been Eli's daughter, or perhaps, his sister. Is this any help?
Best wishes,
John Hunt.
