I have just started to research my family tree and know a little about my Grandfather ( Frank Antrobus) but would like to find out more about his family especialy his parents. He was born in Moore or Daresbury Cheshire. He was from a large family one of 12 or 13 and his father worked for the railways. He would have been borne arround 1890 + or - 5 or so years. He was a very good athelete and won many medals, some I think at international level. He was also a good cricketer. He lived in Warrington after getting married to Minnie Clayton. They had two children, my father Frank and his sister Barbara. I believe they lived in Collins Street for a time before moving to Thelwall and then to Grapenhall where my grandfather died around 1960. Any information would be welcome. |
