My Anderson ancestors also came from Braemar,and emigrated to Canada during the first world war period. My grandfather Thomas Anderson was supposed to join them, but sadly was killed when his shipThe Loch Eye went down during the war. Do you think there maybe a connection? Sadly I do not know much except that some of them lived in a place called Guelp or Quelp |
