I'm look for Abbot's in the Liverpool area around the 1744 period. I'm looking for a Mary Abbot born about 1744 who married a James Livesey. Mary was born in Bootle, Liverpool. Her sister (unknown first name) married a man called Mr Morris, they had at least one child, a son (also no known name yet) in the late 1700's who had a disabled daughter who spent most of her life until her death in an institution. He somehow came into wealth and left a large sum in those days to her but when she died, it was left to relatives who all inherited about £10,000 each around 1880. We are curious to know more about her and her father. |
