Find Ancestors

im trying to search for someone for my mother in law.
basically the only details i know for definate are
shes called lily (not sure if that is shortened) richardson, lived in hull she married a canadian and moved to canada

def had the following brother - not sure of anymore siblings

she has a brother called herbert who died 1969 or 1970 and was married to louie (abbr?) grace/gracey they went on to have herbert (who would be 82 if he were still alive) and a couple more kids

at a guess she was born at the turn of the century?

i know there isnt much to go on but the information im after is,
who did she marry? an address in canada? and anymore information regarding her life in canada

im not sure how to find out if these men are english or canadian born if anyone can help
i do think its more likely to be joseph kent she married going by the dates but then again as i am not postive about when she was born, maybe not!

im not sure he was here becaus eof the war so i would assume so! i think she was born about 1898 so would have been able to marry from 1914 when she was sixteen

If you get this certificate it will give you Herbert's father's name.. and his age...then you can look for Herbert's birth...it will give you Herbert and Lily's mother's name (if the same).

My grandmother was a Lily...nickname for Elizabeth.

no thats not their children theres a definate herbert and i think the others were george poss dennis and i think an anne

No it wouldn't but it would confirm who Herbert's father was and his age and then you could trace Lily's birth..then if you decide to buy either of the marriage certs for Lily you can confirm it's the right one by the father's name and her age on the marriage cert...and you would get her groom's name to trace in Canada.
