Appliances are good…the aftercare is crap :-0

I took out the extra warranty with John Lewis in 1919…..Samsung use a third party contractor to service and repair all electronic and white goods. Getting past Samsung call centre is a minefield….they wanted proof of taking out the extra warranty…when I had registered the washer with them…it should have been on their system…luckily I found a email….thank you for registering…..then when I called back they wanted to see the receipt from JL

Very frustrating Belle….then you wait 2 weeks for someone to come out…but before they pass the job on Samsung have you doing all checks whilst on the phone :-0 :-0
