I too have been very depressed this last few weeks but the last few days have been the worst, having lived with this for over 40 years I have come to know the ins and outs of what is happening and these alst few days are the times i hate most. Nothing is right, everything is a mountain and everyone is against me, there is no end but I have come to see that there will be an end and try hard to battle through.Thankfully my o/h is begining to understand and accept how I am (9 years married).
I don't think it is a matter of you staying away but coming back when you feel you can

Gill,please stay, we all NEED each other, this is the best thread in which I have ever been privileged to participate. there is so much caring. Our friends who don't have depression cannot understand why we just cannot get our feet on the floor some days, but the friends on here DO understand, and help pick us up, because we know they really do "get it".
You are part of this wonderful group and i for one, would hate to see you leave.

Deanna, I forget who has posted too so never answer everyone. Should use paper and ppen to make notes I suppose! I took my OH in with me when i saw the surgeon too. i would never have remembered it all.

janet this is the frist place I have felt safe enough to talk with other women about my problems have sister's but they alway's finished telling mum. so called girl friends. we'll sooner or later there'd be a bitch fight between them and I'd be the one in the middle or there boy friend's would hit on me so gave them up as a bad joke. Here I can talk about anything without it getting twisted or being talked of behind my back well now Iam rambulling

good day everyone, it was good for me the other day to have a moan on here, I was feeling bad and the day didn't get any better, it seemed to last for ever.
Thankfully today is another day, it's bright and sunny which is good but am still finding it hard to shake myself.
I hate talking about the how's and why's of my problems, sometimes it makes me very ill so I avoid it whenever I can, and I shouldn't say this but I know some of you can get the same feelings and know how dreadful they are but it does help to know others feel the same way (I don't want them to go through what I feel I would rather they were better). I am rambling now so I will get off
