Hello everyone, only been on here a while, decided as we were up fairly early (for us) to do what my Mum, bless her, would have been appalled at (can't you tell I have got a guilty conscience?) we went to tesco shopping. Not something I would normally do on Good friday i must admit, I feel it was better in a way when the shops didn't open. However, with me not being able to walk far we have not been shopping much so needed food for the weekend.

We started by having breakfast ( fried bread {naughty}, egg, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms), then did a full shop which hopefully will last almost a week. actually I must be getting better because I don't feel too sore, even after walking round for ages. I didn't lift or pack though, OH did it all.

Jules, that was probably a wise decision, there is no point in making yourself ill over something that can be avoided. maybe you can meet your OH's friends another time singly when the ex is not there. I hope you now have a good day.

Deanna, good to see you in good spirits, I wondered where you were yesterday. Now, if we all got webcams we could run a sit down exercise class in front of our pcs.

Joyce, thank you for giving me todays chuckle, as I said yesterday, your up beat posts lift my spirits. Loved the tale about the course, could imagine this unruly student falling about laughing.

AnnGG Would you please stop bloeing your weather my way. we have the sun at the moment, what should we be expecting next? We actually had a small snow storm around 9am but it didn't last long. The wind is bitterly cold out there though. a day for not going far.

Jules - you did the right thing - as you say, no point in putting yourself through hell now is there - just spend the day chilling out - weather here in Cardiff is sunny one minute, blowing a gale and raining buckets!!

I've been up a while but was watching a tape I did last week.

I interrupted it to get washed and dressed, and come on here before I lose you all to family visits, or whatever you are all doing today.

I was a bit disappointed this morning, all my new get up and go, seemed to be gone............ ;-0(

But I seem to be back to normal now.
Must start taking my own advice... *take things a step at a time*.

Caz... you okay today? good that you took it easy yesterday... you feel better for it?x

I could do with some of that exercising from a chair.
Now that the rest of me is getting firrer, perhaps it would help me.

Have been reading through what other activites are on offer by the local council.
(none on archery and having to aim arrow dead centre. was hoping to find myself a man...am so disappointed) lol.

There is one on seated exercise which would suit me because that's all I can manage really.

It is to improve balance..would suit our Caz..oops, here I go again losing brownie points.lol.... assists co-ordination, muscular strength, flexibility and increases bone density.. it is also a way to meet new people and socialise.


OMG, my mind is off again. if that course is anything like the computer one I will end up with every bone in my body either broken or dislocated because I can see myself falling off my chair through laughing.

Right, that has decided me.. another visit to the shops to purchase a dozen pair of pants which will sorely be needed...

Am sounding a bit like Julie Roberts who peed her pants in the Pretty Woman film..

Well...today's the day of the 'Group Meet' I've been dreading n I'm sorry to say I've bottled it. Been awake all night worrying about it n decided I wasn't going. Why should I put myself in an uncomfortable n awkward situation to please others....I feel bad about it as I know the best way to get over your fears is to face them but its too daunting at the moment. Also I don't fancy sitting in Bank Holiday Traffic for 2 hours only to be battered by rain n wind when we get there so OH has gone n taken Kacey with him, she was so excited bless her.
