When the option of using the request review in order to contact GR with a view to deleting the post, or the thread.....I wondered at the time how many would use it properly, or just pop off a request to see what happened...

As you say, some people will feel quite powerful being able to knock off the most innocuous of threads and innocent of statements....

I had better add that I read the thread and found nothing wrong in it....

Just got home from work and saw this - I am absolutely gobsmacked. I participated in the thread at the begining then went off line so I know what was there when I left. How can stating an opinion be racist, just goes to show that we must have left the UK in time!!!!

The Sooty joke did offend a few people and for good reason. Those that were offended did say so on the thread and were accused of being spoilsports and party poopers.

So, if you complain on the thread...you lose, if you ask for the thread to be deleted....you lose....albeit anonymously! lol

I missed the joke thread but saw the one after.....and just read it as some said it racist and some didnt ....by reading this thread someone thinks Roxxanne was and some think she was wasn't .

Just for the record I can not be doing with prejudice in shape or form...

Their Armenian lads the Boss is callled Ruben and he knows how to charge believe melol but the work Is excellent its worth every penny and he gives advice and comes up with some great Ideas.
