	Oh well, there you go, here I am just home and my husband has got food poisoning, so guess who has to look after who........ He has just upchucked all over the bed so I have stripped it and I'm busy doing the washing. I remember coming home from having a caesarian and the first thing I did was the washing. Oh well the rest was nice while it lasted................ Dianne xx

	OH Dianne, how awful. You have to look after him ... but you don't have to RUN after him, you can both lie in bed and recover together. Who was it fed him when you were away?? Get well soon , and hubby too. Deanna X

	He's had some of those freezer/microwave meals while I've been in hospital. He reckons he followed the instructions, but obviously not. I'll just have to get on with it. He's in no state at all and we have a little boy and nobody else to to it for us. Dianne xx
