For a man to buy you a bag of sweets is a very good sign. You should buy him a bag tomorrow. If you both do it alternate days one day put an ickle note in there about a drinky poos.

Then drop a big hint. Say something like Urgh I've had a rotten day today, I could do with a blumming big drink. He might just say So could I. If he doesn't you've lost nowt have you.

Go for it girl, he's not an ogre, he won't bite your head off will he.

I bet if he doesn't take you up on it it will only be because there is already a lady in the background, not because he doesn't fancy you.

Re the rolos, make sure you give him the last one and use the line from the TV ad. Do you love someone enough to give them your last rolo? Give him a cheeky wink at the same time. It's a hint, but could also be passed off as an innocent flirt that meant nothing if he doesn't take you up on it.

Just watch 'The Bill', they are always asking each other out for a drink after their shift finishes.
