I have just caught a seller price fixing her items - someone bids extortionate amounts which exceed your top price and she then retracts that bid!

I have all the evidence as the same person has bid on 5 identical items yet when she was winning on the item I winning on, her bid was retracted!.

I have reported her to eBay and emailed the 4 other winning buyers

Not the day to attempt that with me as i am in the mood to rip someone's head off!

The other favorite thing to do is to win any item and them not pay for or contact seller. Ive had that done to me a few times.

Why is there always someone who has to spoil things? I love buying and selling on ebay, it gives you a real buzz when you win or when your item sells for a nice price, but there are always those who cheat.

I was selling our dishwasher the other day and I realised, just in time, that the current high bidder had loads of negative feedback for non-payment. I quickly cancelled her bid and blocked her from bidding on any of my items in future.

she has denied price fixing so I have requested that she retracts my bids and accepts the bid that is just £1 less than mine..... and as my top price was £50 its hardly a drop in the ocean!!

I hope the other buyers I have contacted accept the warning I have given them!

Diana I spotted one . What she hd done is opened a new account, put items she had already bought with the other account and then use the other account to up the bids on what she was selling.
I was wide awake that night and spotted it. Lucky before she could sell anything.
She had done it before that is how I noticed thought hey this one has out bid me before so checked it all through. Took me ages but she didn't get away with it.
Not fair not what eBay is about.

I agree..it isnt on..but what does ebay do about it..nothing if its anything to go on in the paper I read...How can a person con people out of 42 thousand pounds by not producing the goods or not paying and ebay let it get to that amount before somethings done! I was conned when I was new to ebay and cos I complained and went through the right channels it cost me a slur on my character.This person is still on and still conning and they do nothing about it...I even tried the forum they have on there and couldnt believe the negative replies and rude ones which I was given from so called `experts`..I spent a lot of money on ebay on a collection that I was interested in and basically got what I wanted and now only have a quick look every now and then due to them looking after the wrong people...

I'm just waiting for an unpaid dispute to reach it's 8th day so I can cancel it without any forfeit.

Sold my Dad's old car - accepted their best offer (should have listened to the alarm bells at zero feedback lol)

Got one email asking for contact details for car and that's been it - not another word!!!

Can't wait to get the dispute closed and put my neg feedback on LOL - they have done it to another seller too ................

She didn't accept the bid below mine, she has cncelled the item and relisted!!

What she was daft about is there was 22 hours to go before the end of the sale yet the price fixing took it to £15 more, what the same item that she was selling for with an hour to go!!

She had the cheek to say she removed it as the person bidding probably couldn't afford to purchase it and was rude in their communication! Darn right I was rude....... why would a person bidding against every item you had for sale retract their offer when they were winning?????

I may look stupid but I can assure you I'm not!

Oh blah blah blah, everything you say to me makes me laugh, I have reported you to ebay too and i have my reasons. Ebay will see that i have not retracted anybodies bids, and i don't even know if i know how to at this moment in time.

I have proven nothing to you, but you have proven that you are just a trouble making sticky beak who can't keep her nose out of other people's business. I have also warned people about you.
