Hi Sue, my g grandfather was born somewhere in Wiltshire ,does that count? Pity i cant find any trace of him though before 1881, when he is in Middlesbrough, then Darlington by 1901, still i will keep looking. Maggie.

My mum lived in Wiltshire for must of her life. (Blundons hill then just out side Cricklide then Swindon town) Then moved to London when she got married. Dose this count. Regards Diane. x

Hi Sue, In that case, count me in! My gr-gr-gr-grandfather was from Fyfield, Wilts, and my gr-gr-grandfather from Avebury. Do I qualify?! Debbie

Hi Sue. My Wiltshire connections are from my gr gr gr gr gr grandfather Trowbridge/Hullavington area and my lst wife's gr gr gr gr something or other from Fisherton Anger in Salisbury. Previous in laws retired to Salisbury and never knew the connection. Regards. Keith

My fathers ancestors were the Weavers and Clarks from Ashton keynes, they seem a very muddled lot all marrying cousins etc. KIM

I`m Sue (nee Wiltshire) from Wiltshire! My family lived in Wroughton, in fact, dad still lives there. Does this count? I now live in Ogbourne-St-George, Nr Marlborough, Wilts.
