when i was 22 i was married with 2 children, 35 years married, 3 children ages 34,31,28, 4 grandchildren i am very happy!!!!! and they said teenage marrigies did'nt last. love helenxx

Hmmm not sure i can remember that far back Ali...lol Seriously i was just about to divorce husband number 1, and bringing up 2 young children, not the easiest of times, but the second best thing i ever did ;-) Best thing i did was marry husband no 2, several years later, we are still very happily married i hasten to add, lol Yvette

I`m not even 22 yet!!!!

I was living with the man who is now my husband. We had a flat in north west London and I commuted on the Metropolitan Line to my job in Victoria. I was working in an information dept for a company researching coal (very technical, my first intro to computers, and I learned - and forgot - how to make microfiche). My bloke was playing in a band in the evenings, so I regularly used to dash home, change, we'd drive to the Jaf Van Hire place in Harrow, drive over to South London and collect other band members and their drums/guitars/amps/girlfriends etc. and then go to the gig. Afterwards, we'd reverse the process dropping everyone off, back to the Jaf Van place, collect our car and home in the small hours. A few hours later I would get up and go to work. Couldn't manage it now! nell

been married two years, buying a flat, Directory enquiery operator with British Telecom in Croydon...very happy.

Ooh, a very memorable year for me, i had just finished university, and had 3 months off before starting med school, i went travelling round Europe and got engaged to my first husband (mistake!), and moved from lodgings at Uni in Liverpool to lodgings in cardiff. definatley 22 was a big year for me,
