Morning Neeta, and Anne. Lovely and sunny here in Tynemouth now. Hubby is up so going to get my Micro Tabs. Have actually sat down three times now and not lit up, very unusual for me. There is only me that smokes in the house. I am very naughty and smoke in the bedroom when I have the laptop in there. Will be glad when it is a bit warmer in the Conservatory. I fully intend to ONLY smoke in there with the door open. i think this will help me cut down and eventually give up the weed. Just have to get cracking and clear it out. It has been like an ice box in there all winter. Will go onto the other thread and have a read. Jenny. |

Morning Jenny, morning anyone else who is still around. Have you tried reading Allen Carrs Easy Way to Stop smoking? You can take forever to read it and dont have to stop till you finish the book! Read it several times till I stopped. Have a great day. XX BC |
