Hello to anyone who arrived after I left. I'm back for a quick coffee break. I have been very housewifely this morning and flicked a feather duster around and tutted a lot. Gwynne

Good morning, Gwynne! Thanks for your email - will reply when I've investigated. Lovely day here, after a dull start. Hope to get some gardening done. Gooseberries about ready to pick and pansies and euphorbia to plant out. Might sit outside later and sew some more buttons on Gaynor Bear's Pearly Queen outfit. (It'll probably rain, now I've said that. Sorry all!) CB >|< X

Was pegging washing out at 7am, going to Portugal on Wednesday, got a mountain of ironing to do, but half of it may end up in cases un ironed, (his of course)The hubbys at work, rest of them, and whoever else came back last night are still in the land of nod. Have a good day one and all. Shirley.

Morning Dee, that's a good idea, something to keep, how sad it is to see some of those old samplers going on e-bay, the work that went into those :)

Oh Julie, all those pretty sequins, we used to sew them on a bit of ribbon with two arm-holes in, for our Trolls! :)) Nanna used to take me and my cousin into Town on a Saturday, and I used to love that Haberdashery dept, all those buttons, I used to collect the pretty ones, still have the tin here!, and those pretty ostrich-feathers! we used to play with them! :))

Gwynne, A friend suggested Barley as its name, but I am not sure which to go for!! We have 5 adults and 6 lambs plus 2 baby goats and they are all pets. Parsley was the last of triplets and mum was too tired to bother with him Jill xxx:).
