The jurors who cleared Michael Jackson have publicly doubted his innocence but said there was just not enough evidence to convict him! Bev x |

I for one thought he was guilty through the trial Bev but I realised at the end I wasnt keeping my mind open to the facts. There was no forensic evidence and only circumstancial evidence like a porn mag in his house. The main prosecution witness was a convicted extortionist and even clicked her fingers at the jury.Like I said earlier the media convinced me that he was guilty and I would like to think if I was a juror there that I would be open minded enough to vote not guilty because there was no evidence to say he was guilty!!! I am beginning to think he wasnt guilty of the offence with Gavin (?) but I do believe that he commited the offence with Jordy Chandler! Otherwise why pay him all that money! In my mind he is still an abuser! Unfortunately though this result will give him free rein to commit again!! Bev x |

I've seen some of the jurors on TV. They didn't like the alledged victim's mother attitude, it seems. Should they really have taken that into account when deciding on a verdict? I still believe he was guilty of abusing boys and he's got away with it, why else did he not speak in his own defence? Gwynne |

I agree Guinevere... their personal feelings about his mother's attitude should not have come into it!! Sooner or later though he will do it again and hopefully next time justice will be done! Bev x |

I think Michael Jackson enjoys seeing his name in the papers for one reason or another. The majority of us wouldn't like this sort of publicity but he certainly doesn't think like most people. Just my opinion. June xx |

Although this publicity doesn't seem to have done him much good financially as his sales are down according to what I read. I too got the feeling that he was actually guilty of 'something' but nothing that could be proved. Maybe, if he was, the strain of the trial will prevent him re-offending. that mother has a lot to answer for, but whoever put her up on the stand must have known what she was like surely? And there was no forensic evidence so he had to be found not guilty of those offences. Not that I am biased, I have never liked him anyway, think he is too arrogant. Ann Glos |

I was in my local supermarket yesterday and the general view of all age range was that there is no smoke without fire. Why would the DA's office have enough evidence to take this to court if there was nothing going on. The only things that keeps going thru my mind is ... why would someone of his age share a bed with young children (boys). Were there any girls involved in this thing? I think he should have been tried by a UK jury - that would have put a different slant on it - Gary Glitter, Jonathan King etc. |

Quote of the Century from Mr Jackson 'I will never have children in my bedroom again' - ya right, they should never have been in there in the first place idiot! |

A top legal expert in the USA said that if MJ was not a celebrity the evidence was so thin the courts would have kicked it out before getting to trial. Dx Im sorry it is easy for us to judge from about 9000 miles away I did it,the media convinced me of it but you have to remain open minded to evidence or lack of it that is submitted.MJ is eccentric and probally mentally ill but we shouldnt judge a person on how they dress or how they look should we? |

I think he's guilty of molesting boys too, this just wasn't the case that they should have pursued him with. I think his father has a lot to answer for and seeing him on the news last night made me sick. He's walking around full of importance when it's his treatment of MJ that has probably made all this happen. |

I have to agree with Dave, eccentric people are always looked on in a different light. No we shouldn't judge those who dress or look different, at the end of the day they're human beings like us. c x |

i agree,we shouldnt judge them by the way they dress or look, but he should never have slept in the same bed as young boys! to me that says it all. it isnt normal for a man of 47 to sleep with children. they may be innocent but he definately knows the facts of life he isnt as immature as he makes out.he knew exactly what he was doing. susie |

The way MJ looks has got nothing at all to do with my opinion of his behaviour with young boys! I have some friends who are about the strangest looking people you could imagine but for me that adds to their individuality! Bevx |

Susie course he shouldnt have been in bed with young boys, but that doesnt say he has molested them? I really hoped that he would be found guilty because that is the way the press swayed my mind. But if there is no evidence he is not guilty in any court of law.! Dave |
