So glad you are safe Steph. Didn't realise you were so closely caught up in it. Psych guy on sky said to make sure you don't bottle up your feelings - keep talking about it. Doesn't have to be a counsellor as long as you let your feelings out. As others have said, it may be a couple of weeks before you really feel it. Please enjoy those cuddles - you BOTH deserve them. Hi Steph I have only just logged on to see your message. I am SO pleased to hear that you are safe and well, but sorry to hear you had such a nasty experience. Take all the time and cuddles you need sweetheart, and if and when you need to talk to someone else, i am sure there are plenty of people, professionals as well as friends, that will be around for you.
