Guinevere

Guinevere Report 24 Oct 2005 18:07

Andy Davies (Bafta winnning playwright) was my tutor Germaine Greer - another lecturer when I was a student David Owen - SDP Mo Mowlam various other politicians no one will have heard of Terry Pratchett Michael Barrymore Hywell Bennett Phil from Time Team met briefly - The Beatles (and got their autographs) and a few other 60s and 70s band members. and a famous young rock musician was my son's best friend at school. He is not at all as he is portrayed in the press. Which reinforces every bad thought I've ever had about the gutter press. Update - I forgot - the Queen smiled at me and Princess Margaret spoke to me when I was very small and they came to our city for the consecration of the cathedral. Gwynne

I was once pulled back from being under the wheels of a racing horsedrawn carriage - driven by Prince Phillip. Does that count? I don't think he'll remember me. Re: Terry Pratchett. He's realy nice. He answered my husband's constructive critic by e-mail, politely.

Jimmy Tarbuck in Isle of Man. Stan Boardman in Scarbourgh, lovely fellow.
