Joan...that is so true. My Mum discussed her death, cremation, in length at least ten years before she went, and made all the arrangements, including party! So by the time she died, the fear was not as great as it might have been. A very healthy attitude, I think. XX BC |

It's funny how we never talk about things like this, yet we are all gonna be there sometime, it's the one certain thing in life isn't it? Joan |

Lol Malc!!! It's just like what they do with coffee!!! I must admit the sending off to space appeals too, don't fancy the first bit though!! Mum used to say to me, 'Drop me out of a plane when I go' !! I did explain to her that the other people on the plane might have something to say about that!!! lmho :0) Joan |

They can do what they like, but I have a fancy for a 'burial' at sea - must be all my Naval ancestors! |

it's hopefully a long way off yet, so I haven't put too much thought into it. Frankly, since I'll be dead, I don't think I'll really care |

Please don't be offended anyone, but I saw in the paper recently that there is a posssibility that people could be 'frozen' after they've died, then 'shattered' into tiny bits instead of cremation or burial. I quite fancy the thought of being freeze-dried, I don't fancy burial or cremation. What are your wishes? Joan |
