Sooo glad you are alright Steph,as one Asthma sufferer to another just make sure you keep using your puffer,when you are breathing ok you do tend to think 'oh i dont need it 'but you try leaving it off and you will soon find you do. Val xx

you lot have made me cry, i couldnt ask for nicer friends. Had a good nights sleep last night, was lovely to turn over and see my aaron there instead of a nurse wanting to inject me with stuff lol... im planning to sign up at a new doctors today and may even take a walk to find a christmas tree and get the flat crimbode up. xxxxx

Wrap up warm Steph, it's freezing this morning. Beware of the very cold air, fog can be a problem too. If you have a Ventolin (Salbutamol) inhaler take it with you. M.
