I've recently had a couple of patterns sent to me, one for knitting and the other crochet. Although I have no idea how to follow the patterns. Any help with this would be fantastic, the pics look good and if I can get the hang of it, it could be fun doing it. Sx |

Thanks Anne. I am using the new long haired stuff:)) I have got 70 stitches on and am getting nearly to the end of the first ball. I have got about 4 and a half inches so far. Hubby wants me to be able to turn up several inches, so how many inches do I need to go to before I start to decrease for my head shape please. Anyone know? Also, when I get to the end, do I just thread the wool backwards through the stitches and pull up? Thanks Chrissie x |

Maisie - Foxy Lady is classed as an eyelash yarn - there are several different sorts. Shimmer is more silky and luxurious - whereas yours I think is kind of fluffy ??? Julie - if you dare change your mind now lolol - have a multi coloured one next time eh ?? ;O)) Oh and by the way - I NEVER smoke when knitting - all wool is packed safely away !!! |

*wonders if she should ask for one with random colours in it instead of the cream with cig burns in it* PMSL |

Anne, I would think that Wendy Foxy Lady is very similar to eyelash wool I have just knitted another one last evening they are so lovely and I have had lots of people wanting them. Love Maisie |

Anne - how are you managing to keep up with the demand...lol have got a list as long as my arm for orders from girls in work ... can't seem to do one in less that 2 days.... we could start a cottage industry at this pace - would look good on a census wouldn't it..... That wool I am getting from the market is knitting up lovely - really soft and they all love the randome colours in it... Lynda x |

Thanks, Anne, I've used shimmer, just never heard it called that before. The Boa looks thicker on screen - is it? Janice |
