Wow, this is going to take me days to catch up. Between this and emails I may never be seen again. How is everyone?

Hi Rebs, you back now. Must say we have missed you. Heaps going on a few newbies. The Gold Coast meet was good it's a shame you couldn't make it. Never mind next time.

Hooray for the Queen (and Watty). Well I'm sure that the hospital will treat our Queen in the manner to which she is accustomed. Thank you Laurie and Anna for the updates. I'm back from lunch and had a great time. Lots of snuggles of baby Ruby, which is good, 'cause she's going to the UK on Wednesday for a month! I won't recognise her when she gets back. Brother Martyn is on his way from Sydney and will be here in time for a roast lamb dinner. Might have a martoonie to celebrate! Got to unpack groceries and will check back in later. Lew Lew xxx

Two Days We Should Not Worry: There are two days in every week about which we should not worry,two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension. The other day we should not worry about is Tomorrow with all its possible adversities, its burdens, its large promise and its poor performance; Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control. Tomorrow's sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds, but it will rise. Until it does, we have no stake in Tomorrow, for it is yet to be born. This leaves only one day, Today. Any person can fight the battle of just one day. It is when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternities Yesterday and Tomorrow that we break down. It is not the experience of Today that drives a person mad, it is the remorse or bitterness of something which happened Yesterday and the dread of what Tomorrow may bring. Live but one day at a time. Glad Lara was able to pop in , miss her rambling lol Had daughter and Granddaughter here today, now they have gone, GD goes to school next year so will miss her weekly visits. G'Day Wattlers, So good to hear that Trifley is over the first hurdle, wishing her a good night's sleep xx((hugs))xx. All OK here, still icy this morning but sunny day. Tassie Dev I think it was you who mentione surname Plumbe in your FT, I've got a Plumb (sometimes spelt Plumbe) in my tree, originally from Yorkshire, but married into my ELLEN family in Kent about 1820. Friends of mine are setting off next Sat. for Atherton (Ian and Sylvia) they tow a Linwood, lovely peeps. will pop back later still stacks to do on this s-dden cake. Afternoon all :) Lara, you're a sly one and that Laurie!!!!!!!! cuwl. So glad you got it Lara. Thank's for the update on Trifley. Have saved all the songs and poems from last night to be brought out at appropriate moments :) but deleted everything else. I slept in front of the fire last night (curled up on the floor on a camping mattress) and was nice and warm. John should be home some time this evening :) better go and see what words are around. ~~~~~~~~~~Vonny
