Morning Wattlers Just a quick message as I was too tired last night and wasnt thinking properly. Trifley I hope everything goes well at the doc's, thinking of you. Laurie yes I did have a nice day, and it sounds like you also had a lovely day with all those snuggles. Bit could down here this morning still only -1, but it is a sunny day, going to be out a bit of today. I have a few things to do, but will pop in when I can. The girls took the news of my trip to sydney ok. At first 15 y/o dd thought we was going to leave them alone for the night ha ha fat chance I think they are still too young yet. Then after youngest got over the disappointment that she wasnt coming too, she decided she was going to have some fun with David as he said he was going to stay home and play the wicked stepfather role and then Dannielle replied that she will play the wicked stepdaughter part, I had too laugh as I know they both get on soo well and are always teasing each other. Well must get girls outta the house and on their way to school. 5 Sleeps :-) Cheers Sue

morning Jood and all the later comers, I got up earlier too and suffered the radio for 1/2 hour, have done all the pre work stuff, now I'm not so ready to hit mad monday. I nearly phoned everybody to say I wouldn't be in today. bit irresponsible I suppose and much too hard to deal with. 2 of the boys don't have to even get up, so I'm jealous. Morning all - get outa bed! This is my second 'get up' - no-one around at 6.00am, so I went back to bed for another 1½ hours. .. Hard to say what sort of day we are going to have. .. The sky is a palish grey, no clouds, no sun .. doesnt look promising. Hope everyone is well and ready to face a new week. .. Good luck Trifley. Jood

Good evening Waffling Wattlers . . I have had a lovely day . . . got lots of snuggles with Benjamin James Kelly - dont you just love the smell of new born babies. We left nice and early, and stopped up in the mountains for breakfast - at would you believe 'The Wattle Cafe', quiet by accident - Ray stopped as there was a car park out the front of the newsagents and he wanted to get the Sunday papers - the Wattle Cafe is next door! The mountain drive was spectacular, the colours in the bush with the new shoots since the rain, and lots of wattle flowers coming through - it was chilly up there - but the sun was shining, it was glorious! Kristeena & Lance have a happy home - lots of joking and laughing, and the boys are all so well trained in housework. The eldest Jamie at 15 is marvelous with the younger ones. I wanted to get a family photo - but Jamie said 'No, aunty Lol, Sam has fallen asleep, so you cant take a photo of the rest of us - we would be one short of a six pack!' We had a lovely BBQ, and then the trip home was so short - well for me anyway - I Slept most of the way! But we did stop at a park with the thermos of tea, and a nice walk through the bush on the way home. Very chilly as the sun was setting. Sue I trust you have had a wonderful day . . . Vonny Thanks it was lovely. Just a quick thankyou to all who sent me an e card, they was all lovely, it helped make my day that much more special. I know how much it took for David to buy the present that the girls wanted me to have, it was a V8 supercar 888 Lowndes, the only one to have :-)))) David said if it was his choice he would have bought a supercheap one Yukkk. Anyway now I just have to wait until next weekend for the rest of my pressies, a trip to Sydney yipee!!!!!! Ok Im half asleep after the weekend having an early night so I will catch all you good people tomorrow. Cheers Sue

Sorry Vonny - actually it is better to turn it of via start-turn off computer-restart (if you can). After I told you to do that, I was having trouble with Outlook Express, rebooted and all was well again. Jood

Awwww Vonny you may not be perfect but we love you anyway :-) Yes, rebooting is turning your computer on and off. If you click on the 'Turn off computer' button it should give you an option to 'restart'. Click on that and the computer will shut down then restart itself. Crazy Catxxx pmsl ;-)

I'm back :) Still not perfect but a bit better, ran virus checkers, ad-aware checkers and cleaned and defragged. Nothing showed up though *shrug* Tassie, I sent you a card and it bounced :( could you pm your email for me please?? I must have it wrong. SusyQ, may I have an updated Wattle list please?? Jood, is re-boot the same as turning it on and off? If not what do I do?? I keep getting error messages about a non-responsive program. And - I seem to have not copied the new wattle-lotto list, or else it has gone awol. Tony could you send it to me again please??? Phew, list of questions and requests over :) Going to play games. Actually, looking at my list I have both Rebs and Tassie down for the 8th. With it being the summer holidays here dates tend to merge in to one another, I've only just realised it's only the 6th lolol. Jood I am early lol, I also sent Rebs an ecard about half an hour ago pmsl. Oh, well at least she'll get it in time lolol :-)

Morning Cat, Certainly a month of birthdays isn't it - and yours coming up in September. Funny sort of cold - I dont spose its sooo bad, but energy levels have dropped again. Fingers crossed tomorrow Trifley - getting your staples out eh? Hope all the cats are well and happy. I guess Aunty Laurie went to Bathurst today to see great nephew Benjamin.
