Glad the pickles are arriving OK - bit bleary eyed . . . Yes oh Great one . . . they were pretty good martoonis . . Lew & I just had to have one for you - then the little bear wanted to get in on the act too . . . lol The day was long, but it went by so quick - TLR and I collected Sue, Jude & Ken from airport and we went to breaky down the street op the beach. Then quickly back here to aptmnt to get orgainised to get itno the Casino. The five of us met up with Terry & Lew, (mainly cause all 7 of us were lost !!!) and then we rambled to where the other Wattlers were. Would have bee a lot easier except they wouldn't let us in the Casino area with balloooons so we had to walk around !! Anyway we eventually made it to the dinning area and met up with the others - lots of excitment at the sight of Lew & Terry, everyone thinking they were in Bright !!! Fantastic company, I went for the plate of prawns, then some salad (with a few more prawns - then I designed my own sweets . . . . I went thru what was there and added what I needed to my bowl to make a trifle - then Lew suggested if I put in some of my wine that would make all of the difference - she was right - as normal!!! As I said above the day went so quickly - didn't get as much time to talk with everyone that I would have liked. Well night all - we are going to do some sightseeing in th morning before the interstate travellers have to catch a plane so best get some sleep luv Laurei

Good evening Wafflers - well we have just had a BBQ - late dinner tonight due to unforseen circumstances . . . . we yacked too much! What a great day with great friends going to have a read and see what you have all been up to luv Laurie ( with Joodles and Tassie Sue in tow - Oh and the lovely Ray too)

The deserts were lovely and we made pigs of ourselves..to many to name,, the prawns were yummy but we had so many we needed a bath after we finished,,we grabbed a handfull of paper towels and used them instead..No mussells this time,, which was a pity, as I am sure they would have gone down very nicely. You could have picked from Chinese, Italian,english roasts, etc.etc.For dinner tonight all I had room for was a tomato sandwich...should have brought home a doggy bag to save me the trouble ... Tomorrow we diet.. Love Mary xxx

Hi all, Jood here Back at Lauries place waiting to have a delish bbq overlooking the bay. Jealous??? We had a fantastic time today - It was great to meet all our lovely friends - and yes, you mentioned prawns? well, we had a few - erm - a plateful - erm a biiiiiiiig plateful - almost needed a bath when we finished. Biggest surprise was Lew & Terry turning up - I was let into the secret the night before and that spurred me to make the effort. Nearly caused me to be kicked out of the restaurant as I told them we wanted a table for 16, - we didnt like where they put us, so we moved to a bigger table and got pulled up - you should have heard the girls say, but there is only 16 ( and Im thinking to myself, no 18) so I had to let the staff know that there really was 18 coming. After that we didnt care what they thought. Love you all - oops dinners ready, bye love Jood

I am going to try to destress in the bath in a sec. Kate is flying to New York in a couple of hours and we cant help but worry. This is her first flight since all the trouble and the girls are not happy

Iwant to know what they had for dessert Bet they have gone out on the town with Lew leading the way...lol

I came to congratulate Yvette on her number :-) Prawns?? I have some in the fridge, they'll make a wonderful stir fry tonight :-)
