Evening Again Just quickly before I go to bed, I have sent pics to what I hope is everyone in our Wattle group, I have made a folder in my contact and I think I have everyones email in it and i just clicked on 'Wattle' folder to send the emails. If you havent got any please let me know with your email addy and I will forward them to you. Trifley yes we definately have got a great bunch of people on here. Ok Im calling it a night. Hi folks, I'm back again. Hi Devily...nice to see you got home safe. It sounds as if you had a very full weekend. The Wattlers are a great lot of people aren't they? Hi Everyone I am back on line and cant believe it .. Telstra said it would take 2 weeks.. Must be a good week or they are desperate for the money as they didnt quite make the profit they hoped.. Laurie Thanks for the pickles.. lovely..I am so annoyed I forgot my camera..must be getting CRAFT again.. I would like to thank you all for a lovely day yesterday, and a nicer lot of friends would be hard to find..I got home about 5 and had to go babysitting at 5.30. I was very tired but son left me a puta so that passed the time..When they got home about 1,30 they informed me that I had won the second prize in the raffle and won a night at the 4 Seasons Hotel in George Street with breakfast thrown in..Think I will take the OH to the Opera House to a show and then we can spend the night at the hotel and not have to worry about getting home late. A nice finish to a lovely day. Glad everyone got home safely and Tassie hope you had a nice flight.. Feeling a little tired tonight so will have a early night as I am not used to getting to bed at 2 in the morning..Would love any picks that anyone has to spare .. Evening Wattlers Well I'm home, I have actually been home for a couple of hours, but had to spend a bit of time with my girls and David, as they was so kind in getting me plane tickets for my birthday so I could go to the Sydney meet. Firstly a big thankyou to Laurie and Ray for the hospitality they gave me, I would be pushing hard to find nicer people anywhere. They picked Jude, Ken and myself up at airport and back to their place for Breaky down at the nearby cafe, then coffee at their place before heading off to the casino. Then I had the best time I have had in ages. I handed out a proper map of Australia pmsl. By the end of the meet I was starting to get a bit tired, did no good on the pokies, shhhh I think it had something to do with Lew pushing my buttons, on my pokie machine that is pmsl. It was great to meet everyone there, and as Mary said it has been a long time since we first comunicated through this site, and now to finally meet each other. I think a couple of people were trying to work us out as when Ken was playing on the pokies, we was all gathered around watching him, and a couple of other patrons had a sticky to see what we was up too lol, they probably thought we was taking the casino to the cleaners hee hee. Then after Everyone else had left or retired early to bed ( not mentioning any names) lol, Laurie and Ray took Jood and myself around sydney to have a look at the city at night, then back to their place for a lovely late night BBQ. I had to be a party pooper at about 11.30. Woke up a bit after 6.00am and made myself a coffee and sat on Lauries balcony and watched the sun rise. Then after everyone rose, had shower and breakfast we went and took jood to railway station, then Laurie and myself went up Centrepoint tower, by then I had to go to airport as with me flying Jetstar, didnt want to be late booking in,Sorry to not have caught up with Jude and Ken before I headed home, but I believe they were also busy seeing the sight of Sydney. Had a nice flight home looking out the window all the way. My darling David cooked tea and done the washing up :-)))) I have got a couple of pics I will add later, if not tonight , then tomorrow. One final word to all at the meet Thanks for such a great time it was great to meet you all, and Im sorry for the ones that couldnt make it, you missed a good day, but then Im sure all the meets are good. Evening Wattlers, well we're finally in Bright! Wattie is safe and well and enjoyed his drive down the Hume Hwy. Not much snow about, but I'll find him some, don't you worry! Another successful Meet and Terry and I had a great time catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. I, of course, was on my bestest behaviour, as always, heeeee, heeeee. I'm off to have some dinner now, but will try to catch up with you lot during the week. Seeya Lew Lew xxx

Tia refuses to talk!! but she hasn't stirred much from in front of the fire today :) And she is eating everything in sight. Thanks for your support. :) 11th plank is finished. I only had to do one third as son and dil came over this arvo and son had a nice father / son bonding moment doing the plank while his wife and I caught up :) They start their new jobs tomorrow. Hi all, It has just taken me ages to read several pages, i think i give up. Sounds like you all had a great time at the meet. I have missed catching up with all the wattle news, but it was too hard trying to find a computer while we were away. Found a place in Kalgoolie that had internet, $2 15minutes, didn't even have time to keep up with emails. still have heaps to read. We fly to Perth hired a campervan, drove to Bridgetown to see some friends, spent a couple of days there. Then set off for Kalgoolie and caught up with more friends who are traveling around the country, did a lot of catching up and going to old haunts there, as we use to live there many years ago. Then went to Geralton via Sandstone, Mt Magnet .....more friends, back to Perth, called in to see the Pinnicles on the way, so all in all, we had a busy time. Later this week i am off to Makay, so see my sister and mother. OH is staying home this time, he says someone has to earn some money he he. I took my long service at half pay, seemed a good idea at the time, but my purse is suffering lol. I have to go tummy is calling Take Care Wilson

Cheeky little sod .. It was so pathetic to see the little mite spreadeagled over one martoonie glass trying to drain the dregs out of the other one. .. I think he is well on the way 'downhill', to be honest, and after his next big trip down sarf, he will have such a swelled head. .. Any offers to make him some warm clothes for his polar expedition (green and gold only, of course) .. I'm thinking of warm pants and a jacket with a hood. Awwww - should I have stopped behind on me owen computer and gotted drunk with the rest of yas??? Well Tony, I did feel my prawn plate up extra extra extra large, one for Tony, one for Trifley, one for Anna - six for Jood, one for Honey Rum, one for SuzyQ, six for Jood, - I must say it was hard work, but I managed! More of a happy campers Island. Daydream was our favourite in the 90s...but then they tried to upmarket ( like Hayman ) but it didnt put bums on seats,( so ta speak ).. and they lost heaps of tourist's by closing down the far end of the Island......and trying to make it a Honeymoon Island. ( for young couples )..but it didnt pay the bill's......Then last we heard that they had reverted it back to a Family enviroment. Tony Oz...:>)))

Tony did you see the show the other night I think it ACA saying what a disgrace Sth Molle is we went there about 6yrs ago and was dirty worn out and grotty there then apparently its hundred times worse now . Tassie looks as though you had a goodtime girl course it couldnt not be with my handpicked Wattlers eh Joodles so glad went well and you all arrived home ok I guess by road Vonny and Gwenda had the longest trip home and then by train Sandra and Yvette quite a away too . Then Tassie when do you go was it tonight ? Jude and Ken too isn't it? Vonny and Gwenda Floriade would be good but pleeeeeease make it at the end of it whatever that date will be as then I can make it too. Laurie put it to Tiger but he says we will be leaving here about middle Sept and spending few days in Townsville and Mackay too on the way down couple nights in Hervey Bay too then Cassies aboutend of week three of Sept week . so we will see ok.
