Thanks Yvette, but for my bone structure, I'm overweight, lol!!! Laurie, you lucky duck having such a wonderful find re the book. My Aunt gave me a photo to copy of Grandma Kirkham nee Ann Dallimore. I haven't yet confirmed her birth date, but she's circa 1832! The photo was probably taken in her 20's. My Aunt also gave me some other photos to copy that I'd never seen before, so it's all very exciting. How's the head, SuzyQ? I just knew that cleaning was not good for you. Jood, what's the web address for the Oz Lotto results. Don't want to get that wrong, do I!!!! ~~~~waves to all the Wattlers (too many to mention these days) ~~~ Lew Lew xxx |

Will do the rest tomorrow - all excited cos it's a nice machine and all new. Will be ironing tonight tho so peeps can wear their clean trousers and shirts - lol Well Lew I'm not 178 cm and I'm certainly heavier than 75.2 kg - I would like to be able to get into size 14 trousers again and then work my way back down to size 12. Good afternoon Wattlers Well that is sad news Rebs, but I hope you will join us again soon. Take care! But you can't get away from us that easily, once a Wattler - always a Wattler !!! Shaz, sounds like you and Rob had a nice relaxing weekend . . heeheee . . silly thing the idea is to go down south for a rest, not wear yourselves out. Flakey, sounds like Kate had a great time in SA, that is on our dream list - be part of the big retirement holiday to use up all the frequent flyer points I think. I will be so angry if we ever loose these points like we did with all the Ansett ones. The grubs of the world haven't really ruined her year overseas, she has still had some amazing experiences, meet heaps of new people seen heaps of new things. We wont give them that satisfaction, will we !!! I'll vouch for you Jood . . . you dont need any help to get yourself into mischief !!!! Well the morning with the accountant wasn't all bad . . . I've been thrifty without even realizing it . . . Have to do something about that !!! So much work to be done to the house that I'll turn things around real quick when I get up home ! Jood I was lucky all of my crims went thru the Old Bailey so it is all online . . . ask on Records or Tips someone will come up with the answer for you. Well good luck all for tonight . . . if I remember rightly Vonny one of our good luck charms! Fish for dinner tonight, nice Barra - cooked on the BBQ . . . I hate the smell of fish cooking in the kitchen so thats TLR's job. Catch you all later cheers luv Laurie |

Did I say that Vonny ??? ............. *looking innocent* I meant for Lew to leave me an email if we won AFTER she has put the numbers on the thread for you lot - and then I'd ring Tony when I got home (only if we won) I'm sure news would spread very very quickly if we won any more than a polly waffle or a cherry ripe .. pmsl Jood |

Rebs.....boo hoo, blessings for you and come back some time soon, don't lose touch. Now Jood, did I read this correctly? If we win tonight you want Lew Lew to email you in advance so that you can tell Tony, presumably before you go out :) Why can't Lew lew tell us ALL in advance???????? PMSL (sorry) Was taken out to lunch by staff/students as today was their last lesson. Some new staff apparently coming on the 2nd Sept so I had better enjoy my mini break :) ~~~~~~~~~~(its got cold) Vonny |

Good Afternoon Wattlers Firstly - au revoir to Rebs. I say au revoir rather than goodbye as I hope you will come back to us some time in the future. Congratulations on your success with the Irish Dancing costume and congratulations to your talented daughter for her dancing success. You have both done very well! Take care Rebs and be happy. I hope you will keep in touch with some of the Wattlers via MSN and they will keep us up to date on your adventures. Tuesday night approaching fast - perhaps this will be the lucky one! There had to be a reason for you to get tonight's ticket Vonny. Writing group this morning. We are to be published in our local paper - along with a photograph! I think my piece will appear in about a fortnight so I will let you know if I have any approaches from publishers!!! It's scary really - exposed to the world as it were! Re losing weight. Yvette - I am really serious and am not at all upset that you put the BMI information on the thread. For me, it's not just vanity - I need to lose weight as I have Diabetes 2 and high blood pressure and they are so much better controlled when I weigh a little less. I originally lost 15 kgs about 4 years ago after I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. I saw a a dietician and she helped me understand the type of foods I should be eatiing and I followed her advice and did a lot of walking both outdoors and on the tread mill. Since then, I have retired and am not as active and tend to have morning and afternoon teas with Chris and the weight has started to creep back on. So I know I have to get serious about losing the extra kilos from a health point of view. I'm going to hate it as I love my little extras but it's really the difference betweeen being healthy or not. When I lost the weight last time, I found it helpful to keep a diary of what I ate - it keeps you honest when you have to write it down. There is a graph in the back of the diary to plot your weight loss over time. I used to lose 1 - to 1 and a 1/2 kilos a week so I was sensible about it. I just ate healthy, smaller serves (smaller plates are good!) and resisted temptation - mostly! Have just collected the mail and what a lovely surprise - the Wattlers key ring from Jude! Thankyou so much Jude - the fabric is gorgeous. What a lovely idea and what a clever girl you are. It is very much appreciated. Big waves to all the dear Wattlers Love Anna |

Good afternoon Wattlers, suns out but the wind is a bit much to be outside today. Good for the 3loads of washing I did this morning though. JudeDIY, thanks for the wattle keyring, you are a cleaver thing. Me ,I'm allergic to anything that involves a needle and thread...lol Laurie isnt it great when you find something that gives you new enthusiasm(?) for your FH. A diary is such a great find. Trifley are you all back to normal now? Tony must be having a great time, thank heavens the meals are included or at those prices he may have been on a crash diet. They will be in for a change of weather when they get home, afraid winter is still around in Melb. Spoke to my daughter Kate this morning, she had just got back from Sth Africa where she patted lion cubs, baby girrafes and Hyena cubs. She said it was a fantastic experience. Lucky thing, its such a shame her year overseas has been spoilt by the idiots of the world. ~~~~~HI~~~~~ to all the other wattlers, have a great day Flakey |

Morning Wattlers. Another sunny day in Mudgee. Rebs, are you sure you're going to leave us? We're going to miss you Babe :-(((( Trifley, pleased you liked your parcel. It was Laurie's idea and I just happened to have a couple of things I thought would be suitable, lol. Aren't our wattle keyrings special? Tony, I can recommend two Islands up that way, at both ends of the money spectrum. Brampton which has wonderful scenery, butterflies, turtles, fish and birds and caters for kids. The other that we have been to a couple of times is Bedarra. Completely over the top! But we love it. Yvette, we can do the aqua aerobics at our place. We have a 15m lap pool (3m wide), so there's plenty of room. Okay, let's get this WWW underway. I'm 178cm tall and weigh 75.2kg. My goal weight is 67kg. Ahh, confusion is good for soul. Well, I'm off to have some cereal for breakfast. Chat soon. Lew Lew xxx |
