Jill, Once he's done all the boring stuff (housework, any school work etc) why not get him started on family history as a reward? He could start his own family tree and then go backwards for ancestors. Might learn a bit of history and it also might help him to find his 'place of belonging' in the family. When a child that young is being naughty on purpose something is definitely out of kilter, so maybe some time with you, with definite boundaries and structure (plus one on one time) might do the trick. [had one of my own like that and so have had several other wattlers] Good Luck - when does it start? Vonny |

Good Afternoon everyone, Trifley, glad you have the tube out, you will feel better now. Update on Lucy and Sophie. Lucy just has a germ that may have started in a scratch and it is moving. Got some thing for it so hopefully that will soon get better. It's nothing serious. Sophie, it appears has had a fall or something. Her left leg is swollen around the joint. There is no infection, nothing broken, no internal injuries, so she has had an anti inflammitory injection and some medication to follow up. She is feeling really sorry for herself. It is really sad to see her. I will now have to start saving up again. LOL Never mind they are worth it. The weather is starting to clear up a bit now, the occasional bit of blue keeps trying to peep through. Bugger I wanted it to last a bit longer, at least until the tank is full. Hope everyone is well Luv SuzyQ |

Just a quick good morning today folks as it's the Blackpool trip for a few of us .. Val from West Wirral stayed here last night as it is easier to go from mine travelling up there. Although she has cricked her back... At the moment she is flat on the bed with pillows under her knees and just took some pain killers... well... she is going even if I have to take a wheelchair and push her round meself...lol She says she will be ok though so not to worry...I told her not to copy me poledancing... only proffessionals know how...lol... Catch you all next Tuesday and look after yourselves... Special thoughts for Trifley and Laurie......xxx Best wishes... Anne xxx |

Afternoon Wattlers, Jood have tried Telstra all day ,their lines are down??? how convenient. Question for SuzyQ if I use webmail on home page, how does the emails go there, do they bypass outlook express and incrediamail without beingcounted as downloads.???? please advise. Jill. re Grandson know just how you feel, we had custody of a grandson from the age of 11 through till about 19 and it was hell, he was finally kicked out of high school. We did everything to support him and show him someone cared , evenually he got a flat and job and has turned out rather well, so we like to think we instilled some good values in him. Queen hope your feeling good today Lew have a wonderful dinner tonight To everyone else hope you have a great evening. well will catch you all next time Cheers Sandra in the Gong. |

Hi Sandra, If you use My Bigpond as your home page you just go to webmail and look at your mail. It tells you the size of each email and if you don't want to read it you just put a tick in the box and delete. That doesn't count towards your usage. Then you can either read the rest in webmail or use outlook express to read them or whatever other program that you use. Hope you can understand that. I get a bit of spam and just delete it. They are not usually very big but it all counts. Hope that makes sense Luv SuzyQ |

dear anna, i just logged on and saw it and thought 'what the heck' chucked in a hiya, but after that felt slack by not putting anymore - if i didn't get the guilts i woulda got it. been at the pool, have to go again later but today is a bit layed back. have done stacks of washing, but whats a woman's life supposed to be. pmsl - i ran out of clothes and my sheets needed changing . I may as well fill the machine with other people's stuff. I'm going back for a read, i do like the sperm funny. I don't know about the maggots. I only looked at that once and it made me cringe. suzi, found this great 'get rid of the wet pooch smell' stuff yesterday. reckons its non toxic. its in a spray can but it works/is working. dog poo on my shoes and that wet smell really pees me off. love ya all yvette xx |

Hi everyone Well it has starteed .. The Sallies came today and took all our unwanted furniture and it is so good...The place is starting to look like that something is happening. After they left we went and had a look at some dining tables at Hardley Normals and found a lovely one which we might settle on..so we have done most of the things we have to do at the moment...I can relax till next week when it all starts again. and this time for good.. Trifley Glad the drain is out , you will feel a lot more comfortable..take it easy and rest, inbetween Nefer fetching you Martoonies and nice bities... Must go but will be back later.. Love Maryxxx |

With apologies to my Irish relatives: Death Row: 'There was a German, an Italian and an Irishman on death row. The warden gave them a choice of three ways to die: 1. to be shot 2. to be hung 3. to be injected with the AIDS virus for a slow death. So the German said, 'Shoot me right in the head.' Boom, he was dead instantly. Then the Italian said, 'Just hang me.' (Snap, he was dead.) Then the Irishman said, 'Give me some of that AIDS stuff.' They gave him the shot, and the Irishman fell down laughing. The guards looked at each other and wondered what was wrong with this guy. Then the Irishman said, 'Give me another one of those shots,' so the guards did. Now he was laughing so hard, tears rolled from his eyes and he doubled over. Finally the warden said, 'What is wrong with you?' The Irishman replied, 'You guys are so stupid.....I'm wearing a condom.' Lew Lew xxx heeee |

Good afternoon Wafflers . . . Suzy loved your joke, a good laugh is a good tonic. So pleased you have had the drainage removed Trifley, hard to even think things are normal with those darn things hanging out isn't it. You just sit back and play lady muck as long as it takes to get you back to full strength. Jilly, trust you to think of wasted Martoonis ! I am waiting for a phone call from Westmead to let me know how the meeting went with the doctors, but I'm not sure it is going to be the news it should be. I took a feast out there and we sat in the garden and ate lunch, I took a plate of prawns, chicken, a few different salads, and chopped up pineapple, watermelon, pawpaw and cantelope . . what they didn't eat they kept for later, though the prawns went real quick. Silly buggers said now what can we do for you to repay you . . . I just laughed and said tick off one of the hundreds of meals I have had at your place over the years! Dens little sister Jenny got me on my own and said she was having trubs with Nan & Bill, she said they are holding back the hard decision. I told her she had to speak to the doctors herself, and so thats what she was going to do this afternoon. I have a really awful feeling about all of this, and think it will be drawn out even longer. Think I will be packing a few more lunches! Oh Lew, order up big - nothing but the most expensive . . . make them pay big time for being so slack! Have a great weekend Honey Anne, and hope Vals back improves . . . I'm sure you will all enjoy yourselves. Wonder how the Bocci championship is going ? . . . can't you just see them up there in the lovely warm weather, in their summer gerar, drinking icy cold drinks, Oh what a life! Anna - are you the new lurker ??? That 500 came up quick didn't it. Guess I had better go do something about dinner so catch you all later cheers luv Laurie |

And this one, with apologies to dogs British Humour The train was quite crowded, so a U. S. Marine walked the entire length looking for a seat, but the only seat left was taken by a well dressed, middle-aged, French woman's poodle. The very tired war-Marine asked, 'Ma'am, may I please have that seat?' The French woman just sniffed and said to no one in particular, 'Americans are so rude. My little Fifi is using that seat.' The Marine walked the entire train again, but the only seat left was under that dog. 'Please, ma'am, may I sit down? I'm very tired.' She snorted, 'Not only are you Americans rude, you are also arrogant!' This time the Marine didn't say a word; he just picked up the little dog, tossed it out the speeding train window and sat down. The woman screamed in horror, 'Someone must defend my honour! Put this American in his place!' An English gentleman sitting nearby spoke up, 'Sir, you Americans seem to have a penchant for doing the wrong thing. You hold the fork in the wrong hand. You drive your cars on the wrong side of the road, and now, sir, you seem to have thrown the wrong bitch out the window.' Lew Lew xxx heeee |
